Our water softener went out . Tri County installed it 17... years ago. So Matt came out and discussed different softeners with us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Long story short he recommended the eco water 3702 model. Well he was spot on! It is the best water we have had in a long time. And the installers were efficient and timely. I called Tri County Water over a possible malfunction of my... water softener. They came out the next day, assessed my possible problem, my water was tested, he examined the machine, and determined it was running correctly.
